LIXI Limited is a not-for-profit, independent, member-based industry organisation established to develop e-Commerce standards and remove barriers to electronic data exchange within the Australian lending industry. Industry participants who are members of LIXI include banks, non-bank lenders, mortgage brokers, aggregators, software vendors, valuers, service providers, mortgage insurers, solicitors and the various land titles offices.   
  • New company to build NECS

    The formation of National E-Conveyancing Development Ltd (NECDL) in January 2010 is a major milestone for NECS.
    Following agreement of the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) last year, the company is to take the next critical steps towards a single national electronic conveyancing system for Australia.  This development has been acclaimed by all key stakeholder groups.
